Getting started

What happens to my existing campaigns when you take over?

Nothing on day one. We audit first, fix tracking second and rebuild in a way that keeps what is working. You do not lose the history Google has learned. We never pause an account that is producing jobs just to start over.

Do you work with businesses my size?

Most of our clients spend between $3,000 and $40,000 a month on ads and have one to a handful of locations. If you can spend $100 a day and someone answers the phone, you are probably the right size.

Do you work with e-commerce or businesses outside the US?

No. We only work with US businesses whose revenue comes from calls, forms, quotes or appointments. Staying narrow is why we know the numbers in your niche before the first call.

How fast can we launch?

Tracking rebuild and blueprint take about two weeks. The rebuilt account usually goes live in week three or four. If you are starting from nothing, add a week for landing pages.

Pricing and budget

How much does management cost?

Management starts at $999 a month and scales with the complexity of the account (service lines, locations, campaign types), never with your ad spend. A one-time audit is $299 and setup starts at $1,750. See the pricing section on the home page for what each includes.

How much should I spend on ads?

At least $100 a day to get started, and we recommend $3,000 or more a month so the account has enough data to learn in the first 90 days. Legal and high-ticket niches usually need more because clicks cost more. The Budget & Results Projector gives a realistic range for your industry.

Is the ad budget paid to you?

No. Your ad budget is billed by Google directly to your card, in your own Google Ads account. We only invoice our management fee.

How we work

Why a three-month minimum?

Because the first month is a rebuild and Google’s learning period, and judging an account on that is like judging a hire on their first week. Three months is enough to prove it. If we fail, we keep working free until we hit the target.

Who actually works on my account?

Hamid and one senior strategist, both in-house. Our tracking, CRO and web people join for their parts. Nothing is outsourced or white-labelled.

Is the "AI" real or a marketing word?

It is tooling we run ourselves: nightly search term mining, call transcript scoring for lead quality and ad copy drafting. It saves hours of tedious work so senior people spend their time on decisions. A person approves everything that changes in your account.

Do I own the account and the landing pages?

Yes, all of it. The Google Ads account, the tracking setup, the landing pages and every report. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Tracking and reporting

What do you track?

Phone calls with duration and source keyword, form submissions with spam and duplicate filtering, booked appointments where an online booking tool exists, and closed deals imported from your CRM or job software with a revenue value.

What does the monthly report look like?

One page. Booked jobs (or signed cases, or scheduled patients), cost per booked job, revenue from ads and what we changed. Then a call to talk about what to do next.

Results and guarantee

How does the guarantee work?

Before we start we agree a target in writing, such as cost per booked job or signed cases per month. If we have not hit it by the end of month three, our management fee drops to zero until we do. You keep paying Google for the ads, we keep working for free.

How quickly will I see results?

Tracking is fixed in the first two weeks, so you will see truthful numbers almost immediately, and they are often worse than you were told. Most accounts show a clear drop in cost per booked job by the end of month two, and the scaling starts in month three.
