Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026. Plain language, because you should be able to read it.
What we collect
When you send a contact form, complete the Google Ads Scorecard or ask for a projection by email, we store what you typed: your name, business, email, phone number if you gave one, and your answers. We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters, Google click IDs) so we know which of our own marketing brought you here.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for a strategy call, and to send the report or projection you asked for. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask for one.
Analytics and advertising tags
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block them with your browser settings or an extension; the site works without them.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare (US data centres) and in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, and are emailed to hamid@dgency.com. Booking data is handled by Google Calendar under Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
Email hamid@dgency.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within five business days.
