Taking on 4 new lead-gen accounts this quarter

Google Ads that turn your budget into booked jobs, signed cases and scheduled patients.

DGENCY is a boutique Google Ads team led by Hamid, who has run search campaigns since the AdWords era. We rebuild your tracking, run the account ourselves and use AI where it actually pays, so every dollar is measured against the revenue it brings back.

Why most Google Ads accounts underperform

Most agencies optimize for cost per lead. That is how you end up with cheap leads nobody can close.

A form fill from someone 40 miles outside your service area costs the same as a call from a homeowner with a broken AC. Google cannot tell the difference unless you teach it. Most accounts never do, so the algorithm chases whatever is cheapest.

Your account manager changed twice

At big agencies, a junior media buyer with 40 accounts runs yours. Every handoff resets what the account learned.

Reports full of clicks

Impressions, CTR and "conversions" that count a spam form as a win. Nothing in the report tells you what a job or a case cost.

Tracking that lies

Calls under 30 seconds, duplicate forms and "thank you" page hits all count the same. Google bids toward the noise.

Scaling on the wrong signal

Budget goes up because cost per lead went down. Lead quality goes down with it, and the phone rings with tire-kickers.

We fix the metric first.

Before we touch a bid, we make the account count booked jobs, signed cases or scheduled patients, with the revenue attached. Then Google gets optimized toward the thing you actually get paid for.

Who we work with

We turn down more accounts than we take.

A small senior team can only run so many accounts well. We keep the roster short on purpose, so we only take businesses where we are confident we can make a serious difference.

See if your account qualifies

Good fit

  • US-based business that sells to local or regional customers
  • Revenue comes from calls, forms, quotes or appointments
  • Home services, legal, healthcare, dental or aesthetics
  • Can spend at least $100 a day on ads, $3,000+ a month recommended
  • Someone answers the phone and follows up on leads
  • Wants a partner who will push back, not a yes-agency

Not a fit

  • E-commerce or dropshipping stores
  • Businesses outside the United States
  • "Try it for a month and see"
  • Looking for the cheapest management fee
  • No one to answer calls during business hours
  • Wants clicks and impressions in a monthly PDF
The DGENCY method

Four phases. The same ones every time, because they work.

Hamid built this process over ten years of taking over accounts from other agencies. It fixes measurement before strategy, and strategy before spend.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Audit and tracking rebuild

We audit the account line by line and rebuild the measurement so that only real leads count.

    • Call tracking with duration and spam filtering
    • Form tracking with duplicate and junk removal
    • CRM or job-software connection for closed deals
    • GA4, Tag Manager and enhanced conversions set up properly
  2. Week 2

    Blueprint

A written plan that maps your budget to the services and areas that make you the most money.

    • Keyword and intent map by service line
    • Service-area and radius strategy
    • Budget split by job value, not by search volume
    • Offer and landing page plan for each campaign
  3. Weeks 3–4

    Build

New campaign structure, ad copy and landing pages, built in your account, owned by you.

    • Tight campaigns with negative lists from day one
    • Ads written for the person who is about to call
    • Landing pages built for calls and quote requests
    • Bidding set to lead value, not cost per lead
  4. Month 2 onward

    Run, learn, scale

Weekly hands-on optimization with AI doing the heavy lifting and Hamid making the calls that matter.

    • AI-assisted search term mining every night
    • Lead quality feedback loop from your CRM
    • Budget scaled only when cost per job holds
    • Monthly review that talks about revenue
What you get

Google Ads management, plus everything that makes Google Ads work.

Management is the core service. The rest exists because an account with broken tracking or a slow landing page cannot be managed well, no matter who runs it.

Google Ads management

Search first, because that is where the buying intent lives. Local Services Ads, Performance Max for lead gen, YouTube and remarketing when they earn a place. Hamid reviews every account every week.

Conversion tracking that tells the truth

Dynamic call tracking, form tracking, spam filtering and offline conversion imports from your CRM, job software or intake system. If it cannot be measured, we do not scale it.

Landing pages and CRO

Our CRO and web team builds fast, single-purpose pages for each service and tests headlines, offers and forms. Same traffic, more calls.

Lead quality feedback loop

Your team marks which leads became jobs, cases or patients. We feed that back to Google with revenue values so bidding shifts toward the searches that close.

AI where it pays

Our own tooling mines search terms nightly, scores leads from call transcripts and drafts ad variations. A human still decides what ships. No "AI-powered" as a marketing word; it just does the tedious work.

Scaling without breaking cost per job

New service lines, new cities, new campaign types, in that order and only when the numbers hold. Predictable growth beats a spike you cannot repeat.

Industries

Lead-gen niches where we already know the numbers.

Each of these has its own cost per click, seasonality, intake quirks and close rate. We have run accounts in all of them, so there is no learning curve on your budget.

Home services

Emergency and high-ticket jobs where speed to call matters more than anything.

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Electrical
  • Pest control
  • Water damage restoration
  • Garage doors
  • Solar
  • Landscaping
  • Remodeling

Legal

Expensive clicks, long intake, big case values. Every wasted click is a real dollar.

  • Personal injury
  • Family law
  • Criminal defense
  • Estate planning
  • Immigration
  • Employment law
  • Bankruptcy
  • Workers' comp

Healthcare and aesthetics

Patients who research, compare and book. Reviews, offers and landing pages carry a lot of the weight.

  • Dental
  • Implants & cosmetic dentistry
  • Med spa
  • Plastic surgery
  • Dermatology
  • Chiropractic
  • Physical therapy
  • Addiction treatment
  • Vision & LASIK
  • Senior living

Meet the founder

Hamid has been running Google Ads since it was called AdWords.

MBA in marketing. Ten-plus years of hands-on account management for businesses that live on the phone ringing. He built DGENCY as the agency he could never find as a client: senior people on every account, honest reporting and a process that treats your budget like it is his own.

  • MBA, Marketing
  • Google Ads certified since 2014
  • Google Partner agency
  • $38M+ managed
  • Reviews every account weekly

“Every account I take over has the same problem. Someone optimized it for cheap leads and the owner cannot understand why the phone rings with people they cannot help. We fix the measurement, then we fix the account. It is not complicated, it just takes people who have done it many times.”

What owners say

Straight from the people who sign the invoices.

★★★★★

“Three agencies before DGENCY. Every one of them sent me a report with a bunch of graphs. Hamid sent me a spreadsheet of booked jobs and what each one cost. That was the whole difference.”

Rick MorenoOwner, Summit Air & Heat
★★★★★

“They told me in the first call that my landing page was the problem, not the ads. I did not want to hear it. They were right, and signed cases went from four a month to fourteen.”

Danielle HarperManaging Partner, Harbor Injury Law
★★★★★

“We are a small clinic. I was worried we would be too small for a real agency. Hamid looks at our account personally and my front desk knows exactly which calls came from ads.”

How much ad budget do you need?

At least $100 a day to get started. We recommend $3,000 or more a month so the account gets enough data to learn in the first 90 days. Legal and high-ticket niches usually need more, because clicks cost more.

The right number depends on your industry, how competitive your area is and how many jobs a month you want. The projector gives you a realistic starting range.

Three-month commitment

We do not do month-to-month. Serious work takes time, and we want serious clients. The first three months cover the rebuild, the learning period and the first round of scaling.

If we have not hit the target we agreed on at the start by the end of month three, we keep working at no management fee until we do.

The DGENCY guarantee: we work until it works.

Before we start, we agree on a target in writing: cost per booked job, signed cases per month, whatever your business runs on. You commit to three months. If we miss the target at the end of month three, our management fee drops to zero until we hit it. We would rather do the work than argue about it.

Questions

The things owners ask on the first call.

More answers on the FAQ page, or ask Hamid directly on a strategy call.

What happens to my existing campaigns when you take over?

Nothing on day one. We audit first, fix tracking second and rebuild in a way that keeps what is working. You do not lose the history Google has learned. We never pause an account that is producing jobs just to start over.

Do you work with businesses my size?

Most of our clients spend between $3,000 and $40,000 a month on ads and have one to a handful of locations. If you can spend $100 a day and someone answers the phone, you are probably the right size.

Why a three-month minimum?

Because the first month is a rebuild and Google’s learning period, and judging an account on that is like judging a hire on their first week. Three months is enough to prove it. If we fail, we keep working free until we hit the target.

Who actually works on my account?

Hamid and one senior strategist, both in-house. Our tracking, CRO and web people join for their parts. Nothing is outsourced or white-labelled.

Is the "AI" real or a marketing word?

It is tooling we run ourselves: nightly search term mining, call transcript scoring for lead quality and ad copy drafting. It saves hours of tedious work so senior people spend their time on decisions. A person approves everything that changes in your account.
