Cost per booked job down to $52 for an Austin plumbing company
Intake fixed first, emergency and big-ticket work split, north and south corridors separated, and booked jobs imported back into Google.

The challenge
A vendor ran the same template for two hundred plumbers. Emergency calls went to voicemail at 4pm, water heater and repipe jobs shared a bid with drain calls, and the account counted a twelve-second call as a lead.
What we did
- 01
Intake first
Hamid called the office as a customer before the contract was signed and found the 4pm gap. A missed-call text-back and a staffed line fixed it in week one.
- 02
Emergency and big-ticket split
Call ads for emergencies during staffed hours; water heaters, sewer and repipe in their own campaign with financing.
- 03
Round Rock and Kyle separated
North and south corridors run as separate campaigns with suburb-named ads and their own budgets.
- 04
Booked-job imports
Closed jobs from the dispatch software imported with values; calls under a minute excluded.
The outcome
Cost per booked job fell from $121 to $52 and booked jobs rose 131% in five months. Local Services Ads now produce a third of the volume.
“Hamid called our office as a customer before we signed and told us we missed a 4pm call. That is the level of detail.”
